Jeff is a lifelong builder and entrepreneur who has founded, grown, sold, and merged companies and projects across oil, power generation, and infrastructure. His work includes developing a legacy seaport project in Sabine Pass, Texas, designed to support the revitalization of the local community.

He designs the key integration of generation with critical need infrastructure.
